Private Parties & Rental Guidelines
Bakers & Hale would love to host your next event in our dining room or patio! Please be sure to review the guidelines below for each space and then contact us at 618.433.9748 to book your event.
Patio Event Hosting & Rental
Capacity
- Up to 100 Guests if using the entire patio
- Groups of 30 to 50 guests can reserve half of the patio including half of the bar area
- Groups less than 30 guests will be in a reserved section
- Reservations on band nights are subject to our discretion
Food and Beverage Service
- Bakers & Hale will provide servers, bartenders and bussers.
- Catering or buffet style dining is available for parties of 30 or more – Catering Menu
Duration
- Subject to determination, however, typically an event reservation will be for three hours.
- Guests will be able to extend their stay at Bakers & Hale, although reserved sections will be available to other guests at the end of the reservation period.
Patio Rental Fee
- $150 Baker’s & Hale non-refundable gift card that can be used toward meals and drinks
Dining Room Event Hosting & Private Event Rental
Availability
- Wednesday thru Monday, Closed on Tuesday
Capacity
- Up to 60 guests with 30 guest minimum
- For buffet, up to 50 guests with 30 guest minimum
- Groups less than 30 guests are welcome, however your group will not be guaranteed as a private event.

*NOTICE – Bakers & Hale offers a variety of dessert choices for your party to enjoy. There will be a $25 cake fee for guests that choose to bring in an outside bakery item.
